Halle is waiting for the MIND STEP team!

On 15-17 March, 2023 MIND STEP partner IAMO will host the annual project meeting

The MIND STEP project team is working on preparing the annual project meeting, organized by the coordination team and project partner IAMO (Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies). Discussions have taken place since November 2022 on the meeting details, agenda, and upcoming project results to disseminate, including results from WP5 (MIND STEP toolbox). The two and half day meeting will start in the afternoon on 15 March and finish on 17 March 2023.

According to its mission statement, Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO) is unique in its approach to basic and applied research on international agricultural development. Its particular focus lies on the economic and social implications of agricultural transformation processes in the former centrally planned countries of Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and China. IAMO uses the insights it gains from its research activities to develop recommendations for the sustainable development of the agri-food sector and the promotion of vibrant and viable rural regions. As such, the institute makes a significant international contribution to better understanding and improving living conditions and economic development in these regions.
