Prepared by Thünen Institute and Wageningen Research the aim of this deliverable is to build a conceptual framework for database interfaces for relevant information in MIND STEP.

Prepared by WR, UBO, UCSC, INRAE, THÜNEN and WU this deliverable provides an outline on how the modular approach to model integration can be realized in practice.

The 2nd Stakeholder workshop focused on the relevance of the MIND STEP indicator framework to estimate the impacts of the selected policy scenarios and the ability of the MINDSTEP toolbox to model the scenarios. 
In the 2.5-hour online workshop, seven members of the core group of stakeholders provided their feedback in a lively conversation with the policy team, including the modelling experts.

THE WIND OF CHANGE OF SUSTAINABILITY STANDARDS

Sailing economic, governance, and policy perspectives, 12 – 14 May 2021, Virtual Seminar

The objective of the seminar is to improve the understanding of the “wind of change” of sustainability standards and their effects on agricultural, food, and bio-based value chains. The seminar focuses on public and private sustainability standards. Both drivers and implications of their emergence are of interest, with emphasis on the economic, governance and policy perspectives. Emphasis is both on theoretical and empirical applications.

MIND STEP was represented at the Annual Conference of The Agricultural Economics Society with a poster presentation on Dutch farmers’ intentions to mitigate greenhouse gases.

On inivitation by the ENRD Evaluation Helpdesk MIND STEP was also presented at the Good Practice Workshop, ‘Improving data management and information systems for the purpose of CAP evaluations’ took place on 16-17 March 2021, Online.

On 17 February 2021 partners involved in "Work Package 5 MIND STEP model toolbox: Integration of IDM models with improved current models at various geographical scales" had their kick-off teleconference.
